For Measurment Of Performance Parameters, Control and Data Logging of Diesel Generator Sets

Infogen, a multi-function, robust product from Cologix System Limited has been designed to control and measure the performance of Diesel Engine-Generator sets (both single phase and three phase).

The Features are:
1. Measurement and display of four operating parameters of the diesel engine and nineteen electrical parameters of the generator set.

2. Recording of eight performance parameters (three for engine and five for the generator) at predetermined time interval and retention of 1000 sets of data in internal memory. Retention of data in the internal memory of the product is based on FIFO (First In First Out) principle

3. The meter is provided with communication port and appropriate software for accessing recorded data. CT/PT ratio is programmable. Password is user programmable.

4. Based on the analog input and digital output the product provides control for "START", "EMERGENCY STOP" and "ALARM"

Serial Communication for Retrieval of Recorded Data:
Infogen-Lx is provided with serial communication interface based on standard RS 232 with MODBUS-RTU protocol, the Baud rate being 9600 bps. This permits retrieval of recorded data through a Lap Top or a PC. The software along with user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) offers two distinct password protected modes of operation namely, "Admin Mode" and "Guest Mode".
"Admin Mode" is utilized for configuration of CT and PT ratio during installation of the equipment and for "On Line" monitoring of the Diesel Generator Set. "Guest Mode" is essentially used for retrieval and / or transmission of logged data.
